CA Vijay Kumar Chaurasia (Partner)

CA Vijay Kumar Chaurasia is a seasoned assurance professional with over a decade of extensive experience in conducting assurance engagements for both listed and unlisted entities across a wide range of industries, including electronics, banking, engineering, construction, textiles, healthcare, and non-profit organizations (NPOs), among others.

He has led and executed statutory audits and other assurance engagements for organizations within these industries, managing clients with annual revenues ranging from a few crores to ?50,000 crores. His portfolio includes several prominent organizations in India, demonstrating his ability to navigate complex financial landscapes and regulatory frameworks.

In addition to his core assurance expertise, He has significant experience in Ind AS conversion, accounting system migrations, and MIS related assignments across multiple sectors. He holds an Ind AS certification from the ICAI, further enhancing his technical proficiency in financial reporting and compliance. Prior to joining our firm, he served as a Partner at Rajan Malik & Co. for over 10 years, where he played a pivotal role in assurance services, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance, further solidifying his expertise in the field.

CA Pradeep Kaushik (Partner)

Pradeep Kaushik, FCA is partner having experience in Assurance services, Taxation services including Direct Taxation, Indirect and international taxation. Experienced in the assurance engagements of listed and non listed entities across various sectors like Manufacturing sector, Trading sector, IT sector, Communications sector, real estate sector and charitable organizations etc .

He is a qualified CA since 2015 and holds rich experience in Direct Taxation and International Taxation, transfer pricing compliances and tax advisory. He is very effective in making client representations before the concerned authorities. He also handles tax litigations and compliances for corporate & non corporate clients including multinational clients. Furthermore, he also handled Search and Seizure of various authorities and Block assessment u/s153A of the IT Act of real estate developer (Search cases assessment).

CA Mukesh Kumar, Associates

Mukesh Kumar is a Commerce Graduate and a qualified Chartered Accountant with 12 years of extensive experience in Assurance and Accounting. His expertise spans Accounts, Audit, Risk Management, and Corporate Governance, having spent over five years with Big 4 accounting firms (Ernst & Young/EY).

Before joining our team, he served as the Finance Controller of a multinational footwear company, where he gained hands-on experience in Accounts, Corporate Taxation, and Cash Management. As a key member of the Assurance team, he also handles accounting, MIS, and certification engagements, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance in financial reporting.
